Why are the secure bike parks needed?

The countries which does not have bike paths and  substructure  for bike transportation like Turkey should increase secure bicycle parks at least to close missing. 

The bikes may be best choice to reach the mass transportation. The people can go wherever they want saving their health and adding action to their actionless life. So  we need the securely bike parks for this  as well as  to keep our bikes against to stealing.

Yes, There are several bike parks almost one for each station but they are very unsecure, there is no any prevention for stealing. Many bikes were stolen from there.

We have started a campaign which wants to secure bike parks from the authorities. so far, almost many people has joined to campaign and the rest people have been continuing to be a part of the campaign.

Where can the pedestrians walk?

Unfortunately we live in a civilization that is made of the  blocks and the metals. It is full of the cars and buildings. Many times, we have to strive even to  walk on the street among  these.
I think, if one day a new world war starts, it will be due to park problem.
Everyday in Istanbul, the 700 new cars hit the roads.
The transportation is also a big problem in  the cities, of course in Istanbul. For the short distances the bikes may be a solution.
The mass transport is not well designed and very crowded, also is being more expensive  day by day.
I do not know where the pedestrians can walk on but if they wish, they  can walk on the clouds like me believing in the bicycle transportation in the city.
