A few forgotten things of the internet life.

There are some things may sound like prehistoric notion to the most of the youngs.
Today's youth have had many oportunities effortlessly. 
For example, the  dial up connection voice, they have never heard,  comes weird for them.
When they hear it; they may think an emergency situation have been being. 
ICQ Numbers  were more valuable than citizen numbers at one time. However now, it comes to the youngs like encrypted information belongs to the past.


When I had bought a hard disk that has  3.2 gb capability; my friend  asked amazingly:
"How can you do full it?"

Text based communication and irc channel is also  imagined as a cave. Whenever the system switches to the dark console screen due to any reason, then the youngs are in a lather!
The aboves are not for the end user only; Karl Olsberg - writer of Das System  that tells a dystopia about intelligent system that wars against to all people for surviving -  also mentions same things as a problem which belongs to software programmer. Because many of them use more developed toys to develop system without knowing the deep of the system. Many of them write codes by drag and drop action.

In fact, All of us should need to know the past of the today's technologies and have a comprehensive view...

Is the smail possible still?

The Smail stands for the Snail Mail.
Many people may know its meaning. It means writing a mail using a letter and an envelope and delivering by a postman.

I must say, unfortunately, it is ending, also we can say that it had ended  for a while ago!
Neither adults nor youngs choose it..

In fact, although our more developed communications techniques, except snail mail (in other words of Letter) there is no way that you are able to  show your characteristic by,   when you  contact with one.

Yes, I agree that it is harder than other but more human and warm.
The people contacted each other using snail mail along the centuries.
Many diplomatic relations had established by it; many loves also had been told. Many famous writer had shared their works by it before they had been published.

Even today,  most valuable  things among the historical documents for presenting in the museums  are the letters that belong to politicans, writers, kings, poets or others.

Even todays's people don't choice it; But the letters are valuable only for the historians, the art historians and certainly the  lovers.

I have many friends who ask still an address to someone;
keep note papers in their pocket,
don't go shopping without a shopping list in their hand.
wait latest news  near the TV and are able to read  only next day's magazine.

Although they have a cellphone...

They also limited own relations with their circle although oportunites to touch   many people easily over the World.

There is no magic stick in our hand  but a magic machine can make more closer the distances to  us!
